Sending Files

File requirements: We print from professional design packages such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, InDesign and QuarkXPress as well as Microsoft Powerpoint. We also accept PDF files.

File format: native file (from the design packages listed above). Please Include all fonts, images, etc. with the upload.

Resolution for print: At final size, 72 DPI (dots per inch) is usable, 100 DPI or more is ideal. All text should be vector file format.

Upload: Please visit our upload page to upload your files to our server.

Once the files are uploaded to our server, please send a confirmation email to mail@imagehouse.ns.ca listing the file name(s) sent, and any file details or production instructions (example: file produced at 1/2 final size)
